Mike Kloepper former Army Ranger and Paratrooper with nearly three decades of experience developing leaders, building high-performing teams, and leading cultural transformation. Mike is an expert in building leadership capability, trust, accountability, and talent management systems that sustain performance through growth and change. Mike’s experience spans organizations ranging from small senior leadership teams to enterprises of more than 4,000 people, with a consistent focus on developing people and cultures that deliver measurable results.

• As the Director of Leadership Integration at the United States Military Academy, Mike designed, integrated, and implemented a leader development program that impacted over 4,000 future Army leaders – with a focus on emotional intelligence, communication, team effectiveness, and values-based leadership

• While responsible for our Nation’s strategic response throughout Europe and Africa, Mike built and led over 35 multinational teams in 24 months – building strategic alignment, trust, and collaboration across a diverse set of partnerships and organizations

• Developed and led our Army’s most elite teams – responsible for complex, high-stakes operations and rapid global response

• Winner of the 2021 Award for Distinction in Research for his work on multi-generational leadership at the United States Army War College

• Active fitness and outdoor enthusiast - planned and led Team RWB Expedition across the Italian Dolomites in 2026

• MBA from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School; Master's in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College (Distinguished Graduate); BS in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy (Distinguished Graduate)
