We are two former US Army Special Operators turned business and social impact leaders. We are passionate about teams, cultures of excellence, and sharing hard earned leadership wisdom from over 45 years of leading people in some of the world’s most demanding environments.

Our Mission

Guide leaders to apply effective and sustainable leadership practices that build closely-knit, high-performing teams to excel in a complex world.

From the Green Berets and the US Army Rangers to the corporate and social impact sectors, we have extensive experience leading teams to achieve. Perhaps more importantly, we've successfully built and grown sustainable businesses, partnerships, and lives.

They are trusted partners of mine and have really helped me and our leadership team lead through uncertainty and most recently, work life integration. Our team has responded overwhelmingly positively to their message and style. Personally, I have really benefited from our weekly sessions.
